Shipping and Delivery:
Your products will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received and cleared. Shipping time will depend on your location. We allow 5–14 Working Days for New Zealand and Australia orders. For any other international destination we allow 7–22 days for deliveries.
All orders incur a 15% cancellation restocking fee once in processing status.
"Working Days" refers to Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. In some cases, merchandise may ship earlier than the times listed above.
"Out Of Stock" refers to items that are not in stock. If the item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified via email or phone. All out of stock orders take 14–32 days to be delivered.
Please note: For Lingerie purchases please allow for up to 15 working days for delivery.
If your order is delayed for any reason you will be notified via email or phone and given the option to cancel your order.
We assure you that all orders are sent to you in a discreet manner.
For International purchasers (other than Australia) whom order from us, you understand and agree to the following:
- Customers will be liable for any customs, duties, or tariffs for their destination country.
- Customers understand that if customs impounds the products sent from us, charges/cost of goods will not be refunded.
- Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged for shipping charges (to the customer and back to us).

Returns
Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, and In accordance with New Zealand Health Regulations, we do not permit the return of intimate apparel and products. Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting us via email or via the website and returned with the original receipt. Please contact us before returning any items and please be sure to purchase new batteries first as this is normally the cause of the malfunction. Exceptions will only be made for lingerie resizing providing that the item has not been worn and is returned in a saleable condition.
Change Of Size
We will replace any lingerie which does not fit excluding those listed in the exclusions list below.
Garments that do not fit will be replaced with a garment matching the original order (style and colour) with your choice of size. This replacement will be subject to additional freight charges and a 15% restocking fee. Any order where the returned component total is $200.00NZD (excluding shipping) or greater the restocking fee will be 30%.
Each order is eligible for one (1) exchange only. Please ensure you consult our size chart for a correct fitting.
Shoes are unable to be exchanged, please ensure you consult the shoe sizing chart before purchase.
Change Of Mind
We do not provide a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
Faulty Goods
If goods are proven faulty within the first 14 days, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Faulty goods will be replaced with a garment/product matching the original order (item, style, size and colour) and be free of additional freight charges. We do not provide credits.
Wrong Order
We will replace any garment or product which does not match the one ordered. Garments or products which do not match the ones ordered will be replaced with a garment or product matching the original order (style, size and colour) and be free of additional freight charges.
Cancellation
All orders with a "pending" status can be cancelled without charge. Orders with a "Processing" status will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the total value of the cancelled goods. If only part of an order is cancelled then a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the cancelled component of the order will be charged. Once an order status has reached "despatched" cancellation will not be accepted.
